CHAD'S FAVORITE BEEF BURGUNDY
Sear meat in skillet, mix all ingredients and bake at 350° for approximately 3
hours. For less salty taste, don't use the onion soup - use fresh chopped
onions.

CHEESEBURGER PIE FOR ROBERT
Cook ground beef. Saute onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms in that order.
Combine the above ingredients along with ketchup, mustard and Catalina. Mix
well. In a separate bowl, mix Bisquick and eggs, gradually adding milk until
you get a pancake batter texture. Put meat and vegegetable mixture in baking
dish, Pour Bisquick mixture over it and bake in 350° pre-heated oven for 30
to 40 minutes. Remove from oven; place cheese slices on top, followed by
tomatoes. Let melt and serve.

1 (32-oz.) can tomato juice
1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. light brown sugar
3/4 c. sugar
Brown the ground beef and onion together. Boil macaroni and combine with
beef and onion mixture and set aside. Then, mix sugar and tomato juice
together and simmer. Then, pour over macaroni mixture. Add ketchup and sugar
and mix well in large pot. Simmer for 15 - 20 minutes.

Brown ground beef and drain grease. Place in a baking dish. Top with mashed
potatoes. Layer sliced cheese over mashed potatoes. Bake at 350 ° for 20
minutes until cheese is bubbly.
